Return policy: items purchased online must be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.  Client will be responsible for shipping cost back to the store. Floor models and sale items are final sale. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders. Due to their distinctive nature, custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled.
