Return policy: Items purchased in store or online may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. For online purchases, customers are responsible for shipping cost back to the store and we receive a store credit via email. Floor models, sale items and seasonal merchandise is final sale. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to order placement. Due to their distinctive nature, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
